ATFX, the global online trading broker, announces the expansion of products to be promoted in Colombia through its Representative Office, following the authorisation granted by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia (SFC) through Resolution No. 1255 of 28th August 2026.
The resolution, which became final and effective on September 1, 2026, authorizes the addition of products eligible for promotion by the Representative Office of AT Global Markets Intl Ltd, thereby broadening the scope of of foreign products that ATFX can promote to Colombian residents within the regulatory framework.
The newly authorised products include crypto-related products, expanding the alternatives ATFX can promote among Colombian residents and strengthening its strategy of raising awareness and offering access to a diversified range of international financial markets.

This authorisation builds upon the one previously established by Resolution No. 2065 of November 14, 2025, through which the SFC authorized the opening of the Representative Office of AT Global Markets Intl Ltd. in Colombia to conduct promotional and advertising activities for its foreign products and services. The new Resolution No. 1255 allows for the incorporation of additional products to those initially authorized.
With this expansion, ATFX continues to strengthen its presence in Colombia and its growth strategy in Latin America, combining a broader product offering with an approach based on compliance with the applicable regulatory frameworks in each market.
