ATFX brought together its global teams in South Korea for the Annual Gala Dinner 2026, a celebration dedicated to recognizing achievements, strengthening connections, and embracing the theme “Succeeding Beyond Excellence.” Bringing together teams from 24 offices across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America, the event reflected a year defined not just by results, but by progress, resilience, and collective drive. This year also marks ATFX stepping into its 10th year, a milestone highlighting a decade of growth, innovation, and commitment to clients worldwide.
Throughout the evening, leadership shared a vision grounded in innovation, collaboration, and the pursuit of higher standards regardless of the hurdles we would have to overcome. A particularly meaningful reflection highlighted the power of bold initiative, emphasizing that meaningful progress often begins with the courage to act, even when the outcome is uncertain. The message resonated across the audience and reinforced the culture of thinking bigger and stepping beyond familiar boundaries which embodies the spirit of ATFX’s 2026 theme. It also reflects ATFX’s 3H mindset of Hungry, Humble, and Hearted, which guides how the company thinks, serves clients, and supports one another every day.
Energy and camaraderie were celebrated through performances and interactive segments, from live voting on the most creative performance to lucky draws, bringing colleagues together in a shared, vibrant atmosphere.
Recognition remained at the heart of the evening. The Long Service Awards honoured employees who have dedicated more than a decade to ATFX, highlighting loyalty and resilience. Outstanding Employee and Top Sales Awards celebrated exceptional performance, while the ATFX Connect Award recognized collaboration and cross-team synergy. Together, these recognitions underscore ATFX’s performance-driven culture, where talent development, collaboration, and consistency support long-term business growth.
